Two-step crushing-pelletizing: the 40-18 hammer mill draws maize, straw and meal into the crushing chamber by negative pressure, where high-speed rotating hammers beat and shear the material into fine powder against the screen; the pulverized powder is carried by airflow through the cyclone straight into the 9KLP-230 pellet mill hopper. Inside the mill, the motor drives the die plate through a gearbox; three rollers press the powder against the rotating die, gelatinizing it under heat and pressure, then extruding it through the die holes. A cutter trims the pellets to length and the discharge tray throws them out as smooth, firm cylindrical feed pellets.
This line integrates a 40-18 hammer mill and a 9KLP-230 flat-die pellet mill in one compact two-step unit. Raw material is crushed dust-free by the self-feeding hammer mill, then the powder is conveyed by airflow directly into the pellet mill hopper-skipping the traditional mixer and elevator, so the layout is shorter, smaller and easy to move. The 9KLP-230 forms powder into uniform cylindrical pellets in one pass with three abrasion-resistant rollers and a cast-iron die. Simple to run and easy to maintain, it suits rural households and small farms, and can be built as electric or diesel version on request.
