A continuous crushing - granulation process. The raw grains and straw are fed into an eight-axis crusher. The high-speed rotor (4300 revolutions per minute) with 8 rows of hardened manganese steel hammers strikes and shears the material, and the material passes through the screen; the fine powder then passes through 3/6/8 millimeter screens and is blown by a fan to the feed inlet of the granulator. Subsequently, the crushed material is fully mixed and homogenized with additives. The mixed powder is in the granulator: the motor drives the main shaft and the flat mold through the gearbox. Under the friction effect, the three rollers rotate along their own axes and repeatedly roll the material layer. The material undergoes gelatinization at high temperatures, proteins coagulate and denature, and then are forcibly pressed into the mold holes to form cylindrical particles. The particles continue to extend until the cutter on the main shaft cuts them into the desired length, and then are ejected by the discharge disc through centrifugal force.
This 500-kilogram-per-hour feed pellet production line integrates an eight-axis crusher and a 9KLP-260 flat die (disc rotation) granulator, forming a compact and mobile production line. The eight-axis crusher uses 8 sets of 48 thickened manganese steel hammers, featuring strong crushing power and uniform fineness. Control can be achieved by simply changing 3/6/8-millimeter screens. The 9KLP-260 presses the mixture into uniform cylindrical feed pellets in a single pass. All equipment is equipped with wheels, making the entire production line easy to move and arrange. Compared to using a single piece of equipment, it saves manpower and time, and is particularly suitable for small-scale farms and small feed factories. It can be configured with 220V/380V AC power, diesel or gasoline drive systems according to requirements.
