principle
Five-step continuous flow:
(1) The 780-30 ultra-fine crusher uses high-speed rotating knives and serrated hammers to chop and grind maize, straw, meal and other raw materials into fine powder; the 780-30 model has a self-priming grain inlet and cyclone dust collector.
(2) Crushed powder is discharged through the cyclone/screw conveyor into the buffer storage bin, which temporarily holds material and balances upstream/downstream flow.
(3) A screw elevator lifts the crushed powder from the storage bin into the hopper of the 300 horizontal mixer.
(4) Inside the mixer, a ribbon agitator driven by a reducer motor turns the material over and over, blending powder, additives and water evenly in 10-15 minutes.
(5) The mixed material falls into the hopper of the JPL-200 gearbox pellet mill; the customer-supplied 4kw 4-pole three-phase motor drives the die plate through a gearbox, three rollers press the material against the rotating die, gelatinizing it under heat and pressure, then extruding it through the die holes. A cutter trims the pellets to length and the discharge tray throws out smooth, firm cylindrical feed pellets.

This high-configuration feed pellet production line integrates crushing, storage, conveying, mixing and pelletizing in one compact layout. A 780-30 ultra-fine crusher first handles both grass/forage and grain, producing fine powder that is collected in a buffer storage bin. A screw elevator then feeds the powder continuously into a 300 horizontal ribbon mixer, where additives and water are evenly blended. The prepared mix drops into a JPL-200 gearbox-type flat-die pellet mill (motor prepared by user), which forms the material into uniform cylindrical pellets at 120-180 kg/h. The gearbox design gives the pellet mill stable torque, low noise and long service life. The whole line is mounted on a steel frame, easy to install in small workshops, and the storage bin and mixer reduce labor by allowing batch feeding and continuous pelletizing.
